Bob Rae, External Affairs Parliamentary Critic of the Liberal Party gave a talk on his recent trip to Israel and the Occupied Territories at a joint meeting of the National Council on Canada Arab Relations (NCCAR) and the Middle East Discussion Group at the Central Block of Parliament of Canada in Ottawa, NCCAR was involved in arranging meetings for Mr. Rae with NGO's and Civil Society groups in the Occupied Territories.
