Tasks

The young professional placed at the Jordan Times will find, research and write stories for publication. They will cover all sorts of topics: news; items of cultural, sporting or scientific interest; local and national events; entertainment, lifestyle and human interest stories.

Responsibilities

The intern will be responsible for writing a set amount of articles per week, in addition to proposing ideas for features. He/she will be supervised by a team of experienced editors.

Skills Developed

The intern will learn to work on deadline, will develop the art of headline writing and will have the opportunity to learn from very experienced colleagues.
